Boer Energy helps Gannan poverty alleviation 13.195MW operation and maintenance project

Recently, Boer Energy won the bid for the 13.195MW operation and maintenance project of village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station in Gannan County, Heilongjiang Province.

The main content of this bidding project is the operation and maintenance of 48 village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations. The project location is Gannan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, and the maintenance cycle is 20 years          

Boer Energy has been building photovoltaic power plant projects in Heilongjiang since 2013, and has about 6 years of experience in local power plant operation. From the site selection, investment planning, equipment selection to operation management, Boer Energy has been pursuing excellence. And the power plants invested and operated by Boer Energy have not had a power rationing (technical) and safety accident, and all the power plants have been successfully connected to the grid and run smoothly so far.

                                                             


n addition to this project, Boer Energy is also actively preparing for the affordable on-grid photovoltaic power generation project in Anda region, Heilongjiang. Combined with the latest policy trends, photovoltaic parity Internet access will become the focus of photovoltaic enterprises in the middle and late market competition. The Comprehensive Department of the National Energy Administration recently pointed out in the Notice on submitting the list of affordable wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects in 2019 that "stock projects are encouraged to voluntarily convert to affordable Internet projects." Encourage the approved (filed) or configured onshore wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects in 2018 and previous years to voluntarily convert to affordable Internet access projects. For project units committed to voluntarily converting to affordable Internet access projects and new affordable Internet access projects in 2019, power grid enterprises should prioritize the implementation of power delivery and consumption programs."


Pv parity Internet access is mainly divided into user side and power generation side, here we refer to the power generation side parity Internet access. It is defined as: photovoltaic power generation can achieve reasonable profits even in accordance with the feed-in price acquisition of traditional energy (without subsidies). At present, coal-fired power generation is the lowest cost and most widely used in China, so photovoltaic power generation parity in China will be benchmarking coal-fired power generation. At present, the benchmark price of desulfurization for coal-fired power generation around the country is roughly between 0.25-0.45 yuan /kWh, and the benchmark price of photovoltaic is 0.5-0.7 yuan /kWh, and there is a certain gap between the two. Therefore, whether photovoltaic can access the Internet at an affordable price is an important step to measure whether the photovoltaic industry can get rid of the bondage of subsidies and truly market-oriented development.
