I. Under no circumstances shall the partners offer bribes to the employees of the Company, and shall not transfer any improper benefits in the form of cash (rebates, commissions, etc.) or non-cash (red envelopes, gift cards, securities, banquets, loans, travel, entertainment, housing, weddings, funerals, children's education, etc.). 

II. It is prohibited to collude with employees inside and outside the Company and obtain transactions by improper means (bidding, partnership, etc.). We will ensure that every cooperation is equal and mutually beneficial, and every transaction is transparent and efficient. 

III. Partners shall be encouraged to report to the supervision department of the Company timely in case of any behavior of employees of the Company asking for bribes.
