In the company's Emergency Preparation and Response Control Procedures, the construction site has 9 sub-plans, such as Production Safety Emergency Plan, All kinds of Emergency Response Plan, and Whole Station Power Loss Emergency Plan. The construction site has "site fire emergency plan" clear emergency response workflow and emergency team responsibilities and contact telephone number. 

The company has Risk and Opportunity Assessment Form (Environment). Environmental risks mainly include environmental pollution caused by non-classified solid wastes in the construction process and potential office fires. Major environmental factors of the company's construction projects are: The company has established corresponding environmental objectives, management plans, operation procedures and emergency plans for the discharge of waste wood, waste plastic packaging, waste welding rods and waste in each process of photovoltaic installation, as well as the electricity consumption of construction electrical equipment. For major environmental factors, the company has planned provisions such as Solid Waste Control Procedures, Environmental safety Management Procedures for relevant parties, and Management System for saving electricity and water. Adequate planning and appropriate site confirmation are effective in controlling major environmental factors. The company's Emergency Preparation and Response Control Procedures, the company's office space and the property management contract signed and the fire Protection Responsibility Letter, the property management is responsible for providing fire alarm and fire extinguishing equipment.
